JOB SUMMARY:
This role supports legal entities across multiple jurisdictions, handling documentation, compliance, and business model design. Responsibilities include accounting, tax reporting, and managing payment systems. The role also involves monitoring legislation in areas like payment, crypto, and tax regulation, building a global knowledge base. Additionally, you will provide legal support for contracts and collaborate with managers to ensure compliance.

WHAT TO DO:
Registration and support of the legal entities in multiple jurisdictions. This is the preparation of necessary documentation, interaction with registrars, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Designing a financial and legal business model.
Accounting and financial support, including accounting and tax reporting and filing; opening and maintaining bank accounts or other payment methods
Relevant legislation monitoring and analysis. This will allow us to keep abreast of the latest legal requirements and apply them in our practice. Knowledge base development in the areas of payment regulation, crypto regulation, tax regulation, and network of legal and accounting services in different parts of the world.
Contractual work and daily interaction with the project managers. Legal support includes working on contracts and other documents related to projects. You will participate in discussions and analysis of related issues to ensure legal compliance.
