WHAT WE OFFER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the registration, structuring, and ongoing legal support of companies across multiple jurisdictions, including preparation of corporate documentation, coordination with registrars and service providers, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements, and organizing operational substance

• Overseeing accounting, financial, and administrative support functions, including tax filings, reporting obligations, opening and maintaining corporate bank accounts, payment infrastructure, and implementing efficient tax planning strategies

• Conducting continuous monitoring and in-depth analysis of international legislation related to corporate law, payment systems, cryptocurrency, taxation, and compliance, while building and maintaining an internal knowledge base and trusted network of legal, accounting, and regulatory partners worldwide

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, legal documents, and internal policies, while working closely with project managers to provide day-to-day legal guidance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure projects remain legally and operationally sound

WHO YOU ARE

• A legal professional eager to grow in the field of international law

• Relevant prior experience is a strong advantage

• Located within approximately ±3 hours of GMT+2 (CEST)

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

• Residing outside CIS countries
