The Payment Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's payment systems, ensuring the efficient and timely processing of payments. This role includes handling budgeting, financial planning, and cost control related to payment operations. You will work closely with IT, finance, and external partners.

WHAT TO DO:
Payment Processing Management:
Manage and execute daily payments through bank transfers, e-wallets, cryptocurrency, and other payment methods.
Ensure timely and accurate payment settlements to vendors, partners, and authorities.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to maintain seamless payment operations and ensure timely payments.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Monitor and manage payment budgets, ensuring balances are controlled effectively.
Track financial transactions, including purchases, payments, and bank statements, ensuring accurate records.
Implement and optimize payment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Financial Planning and Reporting:
Maintain and oversee corporate bank accounts, ensuring they are properly managed for the company’s operations.
Develop budgets to forecast expenses and allocate resources efficiently.
Handle payment-related queries and issues from customers or partners, issue invoices, and monitor payment status.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Strong experience with payment systems, bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning will be an advantage.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with IT and finance teams.
Attention to detail in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
